Good morning,

I attached some pictures to let you see what is going on.  We expect another 2 weeks with the tree cutting and 2 more to get the stumps out.  After that, we will start with the road up to the bridge (just before lot 206).

Have a nice week-end!

Logs - par Christine

Logs8Logs7Logs6Logs5Logs4Logs3Logs2logs1

Good day to all!

I know everybody is eager to hear that we have started the construction.  I can’t wait to start building your new log homes myself!

I went to our warehouse to see what was going on.  I have attached pictures of what I saw.  We now have ready the logs for 2 Nordics and will start to cut the logs for Escapade and Refuge.

We had a lot of rain this week-end but the sun is now shinning.  As soon as the ground is dryed enough, we will be able to start.

Kind regards

Christine

Hot Property Tremblant, Quebec - par Commentaire

Cote Nord Tremblant is tucked away in the woods overlooking lakes Superior, just three miles from Mont Tremblant and 10 miles from Tremblant Village, this reproduction log cabin is tagged The Refuge. The name makes all the sense in the world ounce you’re inside and relaxing in front of the cobblestone fireplace: Its ambience is profoundly serene. With 1,875 square feet spread over three floors, including three bedrooms that sleep eight comfortably and two living rooms, the cabin creates the perfect environment for families (and their guests). If this particular property doesn’t fit you’re your second-home bill, consider other units in the Cote Nord project, where 10 of the 75 planned cabins have been built. You can choose from two-to five-bedroom floor plans, furnished or unfurnished. The décor follows the lead of the rustic cabin-simple and functional, giving the rooms an uncluttered feel- while accents include ski antiques, country patterns and plaids, wooden carvings and distressed wood. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for intimate dinners, but if you’re in the mood to go out, there’s a bar and restaurant at the nearby Caribou Inn. And as always real estate location is everything. Nature lovers will appreciate the cabin’s proximity to Tremblant Park (five miles down the road) and the Boulé River (steps away). In the summer, you can canoe, kayak, fish and play tennis, or golf at Nord’s course. In winter, take a day off from the slopes to try dog sledding, or break out the Nordic skis and explore the 200 miles of trails. Or if you just want to relax and unwind, walk out onto the back deck and simply take in the scenery.
